information windows nearing end of installation in this order:

1) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'Copy_Readme_File' Line:56

2) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'Start_Regsvrex' Line: 56

3) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'AutoStart_inst' Line: 56

Entered 'OK' on each dialogue and the installation finished. Application seems
to be working without issue after install.

Ive tried with RC3: no error messages.

I can't reproduce with RC3.

I meet the problem too! I was installed the english version, i want to add new 
language Macedonian to the open office.But the winenv.bat there's no 
information for the Macedonian (I add the new language to all related files);
Add i manually add the Macedonian to the winenv.bat. Then i dmake the source 
and produce the macedonian setup.exe file and the english setup.exe file.
when uses these setup.exe files to installation,these the error information in 
the order:
 1) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'Copy_IsoRes' Line:49

 2) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'Copy_Readme_File' Line:49

 3) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'Start_Regsvrex' Line: 49

 4) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'AutoStart_inst' Line: 49
 
 5) No Resource: Error message not available
   Function: 'PythonInst' Line: 49

It's the same problem as 18086.
