The 'View' menu lists a Hyperlink toolbar. 

*When checked for display, there is an extra blank bar on the screen that might 
best be described as a placeholder. 

*There are no buttons on the bar. 

*No right click menu is available.

*The hyperlink toolbar is not listed in the 'Tools / Configure' dialog.

*What we need here is a toolbar with buttons to insert variuos types of 
hyperlinks and another button to edit existing hyperlinks.

Note: When I tried to make my own bar, the only button available was a link to 
the hyperlinks dialog box. Doesn't make for much of a toolbar.

Is the code in there and someone forgot to hook it up?

Changed to RFE, but not classified as duplicate of Issue 14328 as
reporter raises additional concerns not addressed in previous issue.

We also need a 'Remove' button. Should have the choice of removing 
just the link or link and text.

'Edit Hyperlink' should be part of the right click menu as well as 
the toolbar.

OpenOffice.org Issue Tracker - Feedback Request.

The Issue you raised has the status 'New' pending further action, but has not
been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
