i downloaded 1.1RC, unzipped it and tried to install. my account is
administrator type and so should fit the prerequisites listed in the help file.

but once i try to load the installer i get this error

"windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the
appropriate permissions to access this file."

the files have 3 users attached

1. S-1-5-21-1863405798-2622125829-1973362929-1523 (Special Permissions)?
2. S-1-5-21-1863405798-2622125829-1973362929-1000 (Special Permissions)?
3. Everyone (Read only permissions)

my account is admin and i don't have any access to delete, move or even install
the program. nor can i edit the permissions at all. ive now got two installation
copies on my computer that i can't get rid of.

help?
