Description Unknown 2003-07-22 22:41:30 UTC
There seems to be an error with the Export as PDF... feature in OpenOffice 1.1
RC. When I used this new feature, unfortunately some characters were placed in
the wrong place in the newly generated PDF file.

To Get the Bug in OpenOffice 1.1 RC:
1) Choose FILE > EXPORT AS PDF...
2) Type a PDF file name and click OK.
3) All output chooses yield the same response, just click OK.

Expected:
A PDF file with all characters in there proper location.

Observed:
A PDF file that has some characters in odd positions. Please see the attached
files.

In my particular case, please observe that the second line in MISCELLANEOUS has
some characters placed incorrectly. The characters are just in the wrong place
and it would be much easier to view the attached SXW and PDF files rather than
me describe what is wrong.

Note: I deleted this whole line and retyped it, but alas the output did not
change. :(
