Up to 1.1beta2, each of the OOo programs (soffice, swriter, sdraw, ...)
remembered the size of its main window between invokations.
In 1.1rc, soffice no longer does this, but starts each time with a default size.
The other programs (swriter, sdraw, ...) still do remember the size.

I have also seen this under Mandrake 9.0 with KDE 3.0 
1.0.3.1 does "Remember" it s opening size. As does every other 
program I use.

Happens occasionally under Win98SE.  No pattern as to when or why.

This looks exactly like issue 17226.  It seems to me it was also
discussed with another issue.
