After unzipping the Installer Directory I can't neither start the Setp.exe 
application nor can I delete or remove a SINGLE file or the whole folder 
(because I don't have the rights). This is a single user machine and I have 
admin rights or logged in as Administrator. (Which fool put all those custom 
rights on the directory anyway?!?!)
