After unzipping the installer and running setup, I got the following message:
"One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.
UNICOWS.DLL

It's fun these days doing the QA job. I don't know how many time I've
closed this issue as duplicate. Why not doing a query befor writing an
issue?
