I tried several times to install OOo 1.1 RC on Win 98 first and second edition, 
with different configuration (minimum 350Mhz Pentium II, 256 MB RAM)
I make the deconpression, then I run setup.exe, and when the progress indicator 
finish, a message always appear: Impossible to find UNICOWS.dll, so the only 
possibility is to end the application.
Notice that the downloaded file is probably not corrupted because the same file 
have been successfully installed on Win2000.

Known issue. Sometimes it would be helpfull to start a query for
existing bugs. Have a look at:
