Sending directly doesn't work.
Sending to features@test.openoffice.org (which has allfeatures subscribed)
doesn't work.

Hi,

We have recreated this list as a sublist on OOo. However, the list
type must remain unmoderated. Changing the list type negates the
changes made to create the list as a sublist.

allfeatures receives messages. Let's follow up for the problems in
#1695.

As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed kat (support)-owned issues
