Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the file mentioned in the above URL field. (It was uploaded as part
of issue 1573, and is linked there.)

2. Use File/Properties to make it read-only.

3. Double-click to start OO.

4. Click with the second mouse button, and select Edit.

Result: OO prints "An unrecoverable error has occurred", then restarts in a
blank document. The window lasts a second or two, so I can't get a copy.

Expected result: opening a R/W copy of the file.

This bug has been fix in the meantime.
