Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 15590
items listed in configuration events not valid
Last modified: 2004-12-03 07:43:39 UTC
OpenOffice.org 1.1beta2 Select Tools - Configure, select Events tab and check the OpenOffice.org radio button. The last two items listed are document only events ie. Print form letters and changing the page count. These should not be listed as valid options when the OpenOffice.org radio button is checked. See http://www.openoffice.org/project/www/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=13211
Hi Skottie, one for you? Please have a look. Andreas
This is a conceptual issue. CJ: Can you have a look at this? It might be an issue, but i don't think so. Why shouldn't someone be able to set these events globally?
Hi Skottie, I took a look and agree that it makes no sense to display these item. Could take this over to the responsible engineer? Thanks.
TBE: One for you perhaps? It has a nice target ...
TBE->CD: As discussed I send this issue to you.
CD: I have to investigate why these events are part of the application context list.
CD->TO: As discussed by e-Mail. Please check if this problem is solved by your new configuration dialog implementation.
Reassigning to Duncan as he is implementing the new Events tab.
Fixed in new Events tab implementation in CWS docking1.
reopening to reassign.
reassigning to QA contact
The two items "Print form letters" and "changing the page count" disappear by changing to "Save In..." "StarOffice"... OK in docking1 on Solaris/Sparc and SuSE Linux...
My understanding is that these event should not appear for "Save in StarOffice". Can you check with MBA?
hi dfoster, they don't appear if you switch to "save in StarOffice" at bottom of the customize-toolbars window... I think this is the same you wrote... Thanks for asking...
set to fixed
OK in docking1 on windows...
