If "Convert Mathtype to OoMath during Load" is selected in Options/ Load/Save,
importing MSWord files containing Mathtype (or MSequation) objects doesn't work.
 Either it crashes immediately when importing, or it crashes when trying to edit
any of the formulas.  This is a regression in 1.1Beta2.  1.1Beta1 works fine.

This bug seems to be easily reproducible.  I'll give details/test cases upon
request.
