sqrt and nroot don't work (export to word works)
the error does not occur in 1.0.2

I can not reproduce this.

It is reproducable with OO 1.1 Beta. Was a problem in the OpenSymbol
font. A corrected one will be release with OO 1.1 Beta 2.
Have a look at issue #12557. There you'll find further information.
