stumbled upon this during issue 5617:

wizards/source/formwizard/dbwizres.src contains a lot of unnecessary strings -
especially, it still contains _all_ strings for the group box/query/table/grid
control/combo box wizard. All of them are implemented separately, and definately
do not use the resources from the wizards project.

I suppose the strings are relicts from the time where all wizards where written
in Basic - the dbwizres.src exactly looks like the file I wrote long time ago
for this :).

Please remove these unecessary strings.

Excluded the currently superflouous resources by #ifdef null so they 
won't be lost for future AutoPilots where I might need some of them 
again.

BC: Size of resource file has been reduced from 13 kb to 8 kb
