link a picture in a textdocument (to save diskspace - the odt-file remains
small, the image-file wont be included)
go to Bild, context-menu Bild, Bild, Verknüpfung Dateiname.
write 
file:./file.png 
e.G.

close the dialog.
reopen.

There is shown the full path (file:///.../.../.../file.png).
close the odt-file
move the odt-file AND the image-file together somewhere else.
open the file
the picture is right shown. The path is again the new full path (but obviously
OO uses relative path). 
OO should show the relative path too.

BTW
OO should give the possibility to turn pictures (at least 90°) (not only frames...)


(And btw again - I just installed a new OO - but the german version doesn't
include english gui and there is no en-us-languagepackage like it was - so i
don't know, how are called the english menus...)
