In Print Preview: 
Zoom-In works, but Zoom-Out doesn't from menu.
Key shortcut “+” zooms in, but “-” doesn't zoom out.

Is this issue a duplicate of Your reported issue #11536#?
In which application does the descripted defect occurs - drawing,
presentation, spreadsheet or word processor?

It didn't start out that way, but I think it is. 
I'll mark it as a duplicate.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
