I cannot access openoffice website from my home.

Hi,

Also we would like to have the public IP address from which the user is sourced, 
so as to verify if the user is in blocking list. So can you please get us the 
public address( his private address is translated to. 

These information will be of great help for us to proceed further with our 
research on this.
