I filed issue #991
recieved request for test file
logon to issuezilla
made text changes / additions to issue description
Clicked on attach
found the "banks.zip" file on my pc
received error that file was not found.

As this relates to the infrastructure and/or administration, 
reassigning to goolie 
for ownership 
(to coordinate technical support as required toward resolution). 

Please Accept Issue 
and follow-up with CollabNet Customer Support as required 
toward answering this question 
(confirming issue type and priority 
and resolving this issue). 

BTW ... 
May be related to zip file and/or MIME type.

the dummy file sent as binary. 
issue 1010 now indicates that it was received. 
it works for me, now.
