Description khirano 2007-05-22 10:12:10 UTC
Using FireFox I ran W3C HTML Validator from Validators of Firefox Accessibility
Extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1891) on our
accessibility project page (http://ui.openoffice.org/accessibility/).

It says:
"Result: Failed validation, 124 errors"
"This page is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict!"

If our web pages are more accessible, more people including many disabled people
can access our site and find out our accessibility efforts.

This is kind of duplicate to issue 67322 and issue 67382 is related to the same
cause.
We had the pages marked with "transitional" until mid-2006 with the change of
the CEEE all pages were marked "strict", so the validation fails on most pages.

Forgot to CC myself....
Comment 3 lsuarezpotts 2007-05-25 03:32:04 UTC
would a reasonable solution then be to revert to "transitional"?
