Create a Text Document

Select menu Edit-)Auto Text... or press Ctrl+F3

Auto Text dialog pops up

Click Path, add an user folder, OK

The path is added

Click Category button ,input a name ,select the path you add, click New button

A category is created, click ok to close Category dialog

Click OK to close Category dialog and Auto Text dialog

Input some text, select them ,select menu Edit-)Auto Text... or press Ctrl+F3

Auto Text dialog pops up

Input a name ,select the category you added in step 4, click Auto Text button-)New

User-defined auto text entry is created

Select the entry and click Auto text button-)Edit

1. A new document with Auto text will be created in main window.

2. The entry name is as the title of the new document, just like

AutoText : (Entry name)

3. The title has not extension

4. Your auto text is in the document
