Input data into a range of cells between Column 1000 and Column 1024(Column ALM and Column AMJ). The first row of the range is column labels. Select the area in the sheet that you want to calculate subtotals for.

Click 'Data-) Subtotals'.

The 'Subtotals' dialog appears.

In the 'Group By' box, select the column that you want to add the subtotals to.

In the 'Calculate subtotals for' box, select the check boxes for the columns containing the values that you want to subtotal.

In the 'Use function' box, select the function that you want to use to calculate the subtotals.

Click 'Option' tab page, and select 'Page break between groups' check box.

Click 'OK' button.

The subtotal result is displayed in hierarchy according to the group options and a blue page break line is inserted after each group of subtotaled data. (However there is no page break between each last subtotaled data of current level and its upper level)
