Input a list of numbers (at least 20 numbers) in a column and a label in the first cell of the data range. Then select all of them.

Select 'Insert -) Chart'

Chart is Created successfully.

Select all data range again

Click the menu 'Data -) Filter -) Auto Filter'.

A small icon button is added at the top right corner of the first cell of the list.

Click the icon button and select 'Top 10' in the popped list box.

Only the numbers in top 10 are displayed and only Data objects in top 10 are displayed in chart
