Description contains information about a device.

Width	contains the width of the device in pixels.
Height	contains the height of the device in pixels.
LeftInset	contains the inset from the left.
TopInset	contains the inset from the top.
RightInset	contains the inset from the right.
BottomInset	contains the inset from the bottom.
PixelPerMeterX	contains the X-axis resolution of the device in pixel/meter.
PixelPerMeterY	contains the Y-axis resolution of the device in pixel/meter.
BitsPerPixel	contains the color-depth of the device.
Capabilities	specifies special operations which are possible on the device.
