When I open a rtf-document in OO2.3 the picture in the rtf is shown scaled. When
I open the same rtf-document in OO3.0 (also in OO2.0) the picture is not scaled,
but shown in full size.
In the attachment the rtf-file and 2 bitmaps that show the bitmap.

MRU->HBRINKM: take the attached jpeg, name it c:\gb8\gblogo.jpg and import the
attached rtf -> the graphic is much too large.
