the page style export incorrectly in .doc (word)format.
re-open the doc, the new section will becomes "Convert #" format
and even set to "Default" , re-open the doc will reset it to Convert # style
and the style will lose its format after re-open.

MRU->HBRINKM: the table layout is lost in the header / footer of second page
here when exporting to WW8 format. But a change of page style here is not needed
on export - though the option "new page style" is used in the paragraph format,
the Default page style has been used for the second page.

Note that, even I convert the odt to doc by Ooo310m4 will be unable opened by
Ooo310m4 itself.

did not manage to fix for OOo 3.2
