Cannot find any rotated text in the sample you attached and corresponding to the
screenshot.
Wrong file?

files seem to be correct, problematic text is circled on screenshot in red in 
Writer and in green in Windows viewer.

MRU->SJ: open attached EMF -> near the red line on the right there is some text
which is incorrectly rotated.

@kpalagin: I checked with MRU. Yes the text visible on Windows but NOT on
Solaris where I tested... new Bug.
