Calc fails with "The contents of the clipboard could not be pasted", when a text copied from Safari is 
pasted into a Calc cell. Pasting into the input line works though. Also Writer, Draw and Impress don't have 
a problem with the "text/richtext" flavored data.

Confirmed with OOO310 m2 (Windows XP) and localization35 (Linux)

Copy&Paste even from Writer to Calc fails, also from Firefox to Calc

Unformatted text works, but RTF and HTML are effected. I notice the bug also
when copy&paste from other application.

There is a similar issue for copying tables from Base to Calc in issue 98861.
Issue 98861 is fixed in cws calc48, but I have got no build to test whether that
fix will also solve the problem here.

It is in fact a duplicate of issue 98861, it works in CWS "calc48".
