* Open a Writer, press F4 (or open menu, View->Data Sources)
* right click in Bibliography database and choose edit, Database will open
* choose Report and use Wizard to create a new report.
* simply press '>>' (select all table entries)
* press Next.

This takes a while but should not. There seems to be a performance problem.
