in Calc,

1) right click on any cell
2) select "Format Cells"
3) select "Borders" tab
4) in "Line", doesn't has "dash-line" (- - - - - - - -) style for choose

many major spreadsheet programs, incl. MS Excel,
have "dash-line" border style.

also, in case of importing spreadsheet from Excel,
and that spreadsheet use any "dash-line" border style,
we will loose the border style.

Border thickness of 1,75 pt not available.
This would be very nice because imported ms excel sheets now get a 
2,00 border, which is very thick compared to the ones in Excel.
I guess that this could also apply to issue #932.
