With the attached document (almost directly one of the default templates from
OOo), the drawings/text do not show correctly, when looking the fullscreen
presentation.

Specific issue with the cairo backend of canvas, when used with Quartz/Mac. Bug
is not happening on cairocanvas/Linux or cairocanvas/Windows
