Description : Writer crashes while exporting HTML file to PDF.

Issue Type  : Defect

Steps to get the bug:-
   1.Open a HTML file in the OpenOffice writer.
   2.Go to the ‘View’ Menu.
   3.In the view menu, click on the ‘HTML Source’ Option.  
   4.Now the HTML source is displayed on the screen. 
   5.Click on the “Export to PDF” icon in the Toolbar
   6.Enter  the name for the PDF file to be created in the ‘File Name’ Text 
     box  
   7.Click on ‘Save’ button.  
   8.Writer crashes with the message ‘An Irrecoverable error has occurred’

Summary:-
    The OpenOffice writer crashes when a HTML file (when in the HTML Source 
view) is used for exporting into PDF.

OS->TL: PDF-export also doesn't work in page preview due to the
non-existing SwWrtShell.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
