find in selected text is always disabled

Of course disabling makes sense if there is no selection, but there is 
selection.

Note: it is not about turn on/off by default, but the fact this option is 
non-existant in practice.

Please be more precise: what menu or dialog are you talking about? How do you
get there?

Ctrl+F (for find), when dialog will appear, click on "more options". The "find 
in selected text" is disabled.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
