Trying to print address labels from a mysql database accessed with jdbc I saw
three different problems which are:
- some paragraphs which should have been hidden became unhidden on printing
- conditional text also gets messed up on printing (condition being an empty
database field)
- when there are too many labels for one sheet, I can't find a way to print
multiple sheets.

As a subsidiary point I had all sorts of trouble getting conditions to work:
the help and a howto I found aren't consistent. In the end the only syntax
which worked for me was from the howto. Eventually I got exactly what I
wanted displayed but it gets messed up on printing (I also tried the generic
printer in case it was printer specific - no change).

The only info I found which was even close was on a mailing list where someone
(sorry I've forgotten who) said that multiple hidden paragraph fields don't
work on labels. So I also tried it with only one hidden field and/or
conditional field but it made no difference.

I can't package up my actual usage but I have created a doc with instructions
to show similar problems using the Bibliography database.

This facility will be _really_ useful for me once it/me works right. Keep up
the good work.

George.

I use OO.o 1.1 RC2...
I wasn't able to reproduce it by using my own fields...
it was only reproduceable by using your fields out of your attached
document...
