When opening a Excel XML Data saved by MS Excel 2007 in OOo3.0,
the following problems occur.

1. The ASCII Filter Options dialog appears and then the data file is displayed
as a text.
2. (Windows only) Japanese characters look like garbage.

OOo hasn't got a filter for this format. It is not an "Excel 2003 XML"-format,
but it is the format which is calced "XML Daten" in my German Excel. I chance
type to "enhancement".
