Based on issue 94973 i looked for a possibility to hide disabled menu entries.
Searching the help indicates that i have to go to tools/Options->View page.
But there is 
a) No further explanation of the setting in the help content
b) The setting does not exist on the page indicated.

Please verify in CWS hcshared19.
Open Writer help, Index tab page, Under index "menus" no more "hidden menus" or
"gray menus"
