native lang mailing list doesn't work any more, e.g. all the de.* lists.

this may related due to the fact that the main pages for those native lang
projects are redirected to static emergency page.

There's no MX record for de.openoffice.org, so according to RFC, the A record is
used instead. The host there doesn't offer SMTPD -> timeout.

Solution: Add correct MX record.
