Example:

that's currently not found, error 404 (I realise the issues with www.openoffice.org) so might it be 
better/feasible to make a change, use qa.openoffice.org instead, so that fewer links results in the 
error? 

So for example 
http://qa.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/56719/2008-09-22%2014-56-
53%20+0100%20-%20issue%2094170.txt is found without error.
