Hi.

Often the user wants to import only a single (or a few) pages of a (big) PDF to
get some content for using in other documents.

Currently (PDF Import Extension 0.3.2) the user always has to import the whole
document which can need very long time!

Solution:
Implement a request window that pops up after opening the PDF where the user can
select which pages he wants to import. (All pages should be default.)
