When I try to save a document in the word processor, OpenOffice 
reports "General input/output error", and it crashes to the desktop

Thank you for using and supporting OOo.

Please upgrade to the latest version of OOo.

If you are using the latest version of OOo, we need step by step
instructions to reproduce this issue consistently.

Please check to see if you have performed a multi-user install
followed by a workstation install.

Please list the version of Linux you are using, and where you
downloaded OOo binary ( did it come with your Linux distro or did you
download it from OpenOffice.org ).
