When opening MS word documents with "watermarks" , OOo displays the watermark
only on the first page and not on every page as MS Word does.

Pavel, thank you for using and supporting OOo.

The watermark is actually an image anchored to the header.  The image 
is placed outside of the header.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
