see attached ( to be attached of course ) test document. Programatically trying
to change the Height of a dialog ( via uno ) causes the width & height of the
dialog to decrease. Very strange :-/ ( happens at least on linux ) I would
imagine not a platform dependent thing

press the button on the sheet to raise the dialog,
there are two buttons on the dialog 'increase height' 'decrease height' ( or
something like that ) pressing either button decreases both size and width of
the dialog ( btw works find on 2.3, didn't try on 2.4 )

actually this is still an issue, strangely it works on 64 bit but not on 32 bit
( linux ) ( tested on m75 )
