Environment: Testing MS Office 2007 files using OO.o 3.0 rc1 (build OOO300_m5)

Issue: The pivot table is not showing up in attached spreadsheet file.

NOT reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions:

1. From AOO Start Center open reporter's sample document
2. Switch to sheet "TCEs"
   Expected: Working Pivot table, for example you can select different 
   Actual: only static data

Additional Info:

(a) same problem with LibO 4.1, SoftMaker FreOffice, Gnumeric, Calligra
(b) My MS EXCEL Viewer also shows something what looks like static data
(d) works with EXCEL Starter 2010, I can select course in TECs.B1, and data in
    list below will change.
(e) I doubt that that's a macro / VBA problem, because sample document works fine
    with Excel Starter, what does not support VBA.

Of course I wanted to tell "IS Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI ..."
