Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 93582
PDF Output Not Clean in Linux
Last modified: 2009-08-19 15:09:04 UTC
I have an ODT I created in Windows that outputted beautifully to PDF on Windows. I now open this same ODT on Linux and output to PDF and suddenly frames are showing white lines in the pdf when they are clearly set to have no borders, and my logo image is cropping. What gives?

Hello corigo, I have tested your issue with Debian SID/Experimental AMD64 and an NVIdia 6100 graphics card. As I have tested this with the xorg-nv driver, I cannot confirm your issue, sorry ... :( Just out of interest (maybe this will solve the problem ... ;) ): 1. Which distro (on what architecture) are you using (and which version)? 2. Which graphics card is in your PC? 3. Did you use 3D acceleration or the like? 4. Which DM/DE are you using? I have tested it with XFCE4 here Hope you can anwer that questions, so that I (or some other QA people) can evaluate your issue. TIA Thomas.
I've tryed to reproduce but: 1) pictures in the odt are only linked so can't get it (see Edit > links) 2) The title "Human resource" is using a "Goudy Old Style" font that is not available in Linux distros (at least on my Mandriva 2008.1) Worksforme?
