Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 93350
Missing clipping makes text in pdf files visible
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:44:35 UTC
Spurious0.pdf, from Spurious0.odt, has an extra '0:' next to Fig.1, which should not be there.

Reassigned to HI.
Confirmed
the "extra" 0: is not really extra; that field producing the "0:" is again inside the figure; on the display it is (mostly) clipped, during PDF export and printing that clipping does not seem to be done. pl->fme: could you please have a look ?
The empty parag in the figure is a numbering3, with a number '0:' indented left, ie, left of the frame edge. Apparently, it's hidden by Writer, but not by the PDF export. It's a 'mild' bug; hanging indents at a frame edge should be handled consistently. (That numbering3 in the frame was accidental. I don't really have any use for negative indents in a frame.)

Attached a new bugdoc. During a regular 'painting', text inside table cells or frames is clipped at the table/frame boundaries. Obviously this does not happen when exporting to pdf.
