Reduplication step:
1.Open just one document in writer.
2.Do someing or do nothing.
3.From menu bar, select File->Close.
4.The writer exit.

Usually, choose closing a file means you don't need this file now.
Choose exiting means you don't need writer now.
It is very inconvenient to load writer again.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
