Do not show lithuanian letter "Š" in word "FAKSIMILINIS PRANEŠIMAS". Document created by MS Word program 2000. This program exist in OpenOffice 1.0.1 and 643 versions.

That's extremely interesting, it appears that part of the document is in the 8bit baltic text encoding CP1257 which has 0x9A as undefined, but its used here and word displays it as CP1252 0x9A instead. Some experiments add to some evidence that word defaults undefined chars back to cp1252 before giving up. We should do the same then...

Fix checked in to implement this, SRX644n I expect. As a nice side effect the fix gives some speed optimization for the normal case of characters that don't fail to convert.

yes, looks better in srx644o. Fix will be public with OpenOffice 644.
