- exact with second setting    
	- speed of Effect   
	- delay (pause) befor/after Effect

Thank you for this issue. I had to change the prio accordingly , as
prio 1 only makes sense in cases as e.g. crashes, freezes, data loss
or makes it impossible to create documents.

Exact timing of effects is needed.

It's really disturbing. Same problem in slide transition effect.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
