In spreadsheets general import test c_import_general.bas files for MSExcel2007
XML are missing

fixed. Added MSExcel files to c_import_general.bas. Change hIsNamedDocLoaded in
/global/tools/required/t_files.inc to handle MSOfficeXML Templates correctly.
Function is used in:
c_import_general.bas
i_updt2.bas
d_updt.bas
g_stylist.bas
m_lvl1.bas
w_layout_regression.bas
