See attached patches - adds more magic to oowintool to grok paths from the
registry, and makes setting the DISABLE_ATL var possible from configure (though,
could clearly be improved to detect that missing header automagically).

But isn't it pointless to add support for VS2005 Express, when the compiler to
use is VS2008. Or did you mean VS2008 Express?

@tml: maybe - I just happened to have the installation around, and thusly added
support for that compiler (and note that the situation is not really that clear
IIRC - several places state that VS2005 is the baseline for 3.0, though surely
Hamburg builds with 2008er).
