The scenario.
- version 1 of an extension is installed. The display name is "foo".
- version 2 of that extension changed the display name to "bar".
- the update dialog shows the update as "foo version 2", although it is "bar
version 2".

The problem of showing the correct display name is, that the user may not be
able to tell what this update is for.
@BH: Do you see a way to show the correct display name and somehow include the
old one as well?

Changed the owner to 'requirements'.
